Community Masterclasses
Interactive learning experiences modeled after the Certified Diversity Travel Professional (CDTP) framework. Participants explore key DEI concepts—from empathy vs. sympathy to identity, bias, and inclusive practices—through expert talks, small group discussions, and interactive learning. Masterclasses are often part of broader Travel Unity consulting and services engagements.
Travel Unity Forums
Forums bring communities together to discuss the intersection of tourism, economic development, and inclusion. These events combine focused local discussions with diverse perspectives from across the travel industry.
Regional Summits
Regional summits bring travel professionals, community leaders, and advocates together to explore how destinations can become more welcoming for travelers of all identities and abilities. Sessions include discussions, workshops, and collaborative planning around inclusive tourism.
Youth Summits
Youth Summits introduce students to opportunities in the travel industry while exploring inclusive practices and career pathways. Programs bring together college and select high school students for learning, networking, and professional development.
Travel Unity Virtual Spring Summit
The Travel Unity Virtual Spring Summit brings together leaders from across the travel and tourism industry to explore how inclusive practices can be incorporated into strategy, programming, and community engagement.
Over two days of virtual sessions, participants hear from industry experts and engage in discussions focused on creating more welcoming travel experiences.
